Glory Days Grill® Launches Seasonal Menu Featuring Bison Burger

Gaithersburg, MD — November 4, 2013 — Glory Days Grill is launching its third Seasonal Menu of 2013 featuring a variety of delicious items, including the return of their famous Beef on Weck signature sandwich and also a 100% grass-fed Bison Burger.  “We are excited for the return of the Beef on Weck sandwich, especially for guests who have been asking for its return ever since we removed in from the menu years ago.  Since that time, we have searched relentlessly for the perfect Kummelweck roll - the trademark of an authentic Beef on Weck sandwich - and we finally found it,” says Jeff Newman, President and Co-Founder. “We know our fans will be pleased with the taste and quality, and we can’t wait to hear their feedback.”

In addition to the Beef on Weck, Glory Days Grill’s new Seasonal Menu will also feature a 100% grass-fed Bison Burger boasting 47% less calories and 74% lower fat than a comparable burger made with beef.  Available with seasoned fries for $10.99 during the week, the Bison Burger will be offered at $5.55 all day every Monday through the end of the year. “We believe that many of our guests are interested in healthier protein choices, which is why we introduced ground Turkey and Chicken Burgers earlier this year,” says Newman. “The Bison Burger is a continuation of our commitment to guests looking for more mindful eating options.”  Glory Days Grill will launch the Bison Burger with a little fun – they will be tweeting Bison fun facts all day on November 5th to celebrate its introduction.
